Pregnancy

Stay fit and healthy throughout your pregnancy! Our pregnancy fitness program is designed to support expecting moms at every stage, focusing on exercises that are safe and beneficial for both mom and baby. Our package offers a well-rounded approach to help you maintain your fitness and promote a healthy pregnancy

Postpartum

Our postpartum exercise program is designed to help you regain strength and tone your body after childbirth. We'll focus on exercises that are safe and effective for postpartum recovery. Our program takes into account the unique needs and considerations of postpartum women, providing a supportive and nurturing environment for you to ease back into fitness.

INVESTMENT:

~ 12 week commitment

~ 3 mandatory in-person sessions (every 4 weeks when exercises change)

~Customizable plan: in person or virtual, minimum 2 day a week commitment

In-person: $50/Session Virtual: $40/ Session
